Why won't HTC support my broken HTC HD2 Touch?
My htc 2 stop working in July 2011, I paid for poastage mailed my phone to HTC for repairs. HTC returned my phone latter August 2011 said it was repaired. I paid for the repairs. November 22, 2011 day before Thanksgiving. I immediately contacted my carrier, worked with repair technicians trouble shooting my phone. After working with over 15 employee, the conclusion was my phone is defected and cannot be repaired. I was very surprised my phone only lasted for two months after the repairs done in August 2011. My carrier asked me to contact HTC to replaced my phone with a brand new phone. HTC is refusing to give me a new phone. HTC asked me today to send the phone to them for repairs. I am refusing to return the phones for repairs, when I know for sure the phone is defected. As a consumer what should I do? I have been without a phone since November 22,2011. this is such an inconvenience. I have been using a $14.99 phone from walmart which is not very good. I missed out on taking pic during the Christmas Seasons due to no camera, no phone. Please advise. My phone was still under warranty when it stop working on November 22,2011.

As much as you don't want to, you should give HTC another chance to fix your phone. I think it's a better option than just keeping it and let it stay broken.
