Why does my Motorola RAZR ring only once for incoming calls?
i hear one ring but the call hears multiple rings on their end

Hey Annette. Some ring tones are just too short. Perhaps you might want to try changing your phone's ring tone. Or you could also check to see if maybe you accidentally set one of your phone's built-in message alert tones, which usually only last a few seconds, as your ring tone. If that's the case, then you just need to change it to an actual ring tone for it to last longer and be put on loop when you receive a call.
