I've done a factory reset on my blackberry 9320, when it comes back on i have the same problem, i was downloading a music related app from bb world, then all of a sudden my phone freezes up when on my screen appears "loading" it's like 20 hours later and i still have the problem, can't take calls nor make calls, pls, any help will be of great help

Try re-booting your phone. Remove the battery and sim card for about 3 - 5 minutes and re install.
