Why can't I receive any calls on my Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen)?
My phone didnt receive any calls or notifications for couple of days. Even though i didnt blocked anything... All callers are getting busy tone.. What should i do now..? How can i unblock or change things..i didnt find anything in settings. Please help me

Hello, i am having the same issues with my moto g2 for two days now can't receive calls but can make out calls. Each time a caller calls they get "Busy tone" and disconnect. but when i insert my simcard in another phone i can make and receive calls. please any solution.

I am facing same issue from last two weeks. I have reset my phone, but still all incoming callers get "busy" message when they try to call my number.
If I insert other people's simcard in my phone, their numbers also start rejecting all incoming calls.
It appears that this is some kind of hardware or operating system issue, and it is not going even after factory reset.
What to do?
Hi there. Try to restart your phone to refresh network signal. If people still get busy tone when they call you, please contact your carrier about this issue.
