Why can't I answer calls on the Huawei Y6?
have had this phone 6 months. Since about 2 weeks ago, I have not been able to answer incoming calls. I touch the green phone symbol and nothing happens. I've tried keeping my finger on the symbol, nothing. I try sliding the symbol over to center, but nothing.

Tapping only works sometimes; hitting it hard three times sometimes works
I'm a bit late but my solution will help another person. This was exactly my problem. The answer is really simple, if there's no middle icon to drag, TAP the green icon (don't touch or try to drag it)...thank me later.
He probably tried that lol. I would remove the battery for a few minutes. While the battery is out press on the home or power button for about 30 seconds when the battery is out to drain any remaining charge in the phone. Then put the battery back and see if it solves your problem. Also try a factory reset.
