Where to get service provider for Nokia 918?

I was given a Nokia 918 and have tried several service providers and Rogers, Telus, and Bell don't provide service for this model anymore. I would like to activate it but need to know who to approach for service. Thank you very much for any help you can provide. gswedak@gmail.com
