Replacing a screen usually requires special tools and a fair amount of care and/or expertise. Your best bet would be to walk in to a known phone repair shop in your area and have your Ascend P1's screen replaced there.

Also, you can check out the likes of eBay or Alibaba if you ever need to find and order an actual replacement screen, which might have to be shipped all the way from China or some other remote location.
