Hmm.. Well, personally I don't let my phone go below 50% most of the time. Cause charging too long makes your phone hot. So I charge it whenever I can. My phone is about 4 months now, and it's battery is still doing great. And let me remind you to avoid playing games or videos while charging and not to let your phone charge while you sleep, it's dangerous.
