Phone is not working properly, less than a month old
I bought a MOTOROLA PHONE OCTOBER 9th. It now is gone. I cannot open it, Google assistant (which I did not turn on) talks like a chipmunk cannot understand her. How do I get a new phone? I am a senior and have talk & text plan.

Hi there. That sounds really bad. Did the Motorola phone experience any abuse? If it just happened all of a sudden, I suggest taking it back to the store where you bought it or to an authorized service center.
