How to send and receive picture messages on the Samsung Elevate?

It's part of my plan, and it was working, but a little while ago it completely stopped working. Any help?

    It's either your settings where somehow changed or it's also possible that there's something wrong on your carriers end. Perhaps picture messaging was disabled on your account or the service is just currently not available. Either way, you should contact your carrier so they can assist you in resolving your problem.
