My home phone system tells me I have messages waiting., but I can't access the messages.
*98 is supposed to be the access code, but it doesn't work, nor do any other codes I have tried. Can you help me?

Hi Barrie. Which carrier are you with? Make sure your line is working by tring to call someone. If it does, it might be just that there's an on-going issue with your service provider.
