What to do if camera of Nokia 6790 Surge doesn't work?

My camera is not working it is not responding it is saying general feature not supported nokia 6790s-1b?

    Try resetting your phone. Follow the following procedures

    On the standby screen
    *#7780# (Reset to factory defaults) - restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

    *#7370# (Hard reset) - This reformats completely the phone memory. All applications and files stored on your phone will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

    If none of these work, bring your phone to Nokia Care center or to the store you bought your phone from.
