Why did soft touch keys back light stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S6?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, and the back lights (Back button, and the multiple windows or recent windows button) have stopped working... They used to light up, but they don't anymore. I got my phone from T Mobile if that helps. How can I get them to light up again?
