Has anyone experienced a problem with the LG TU720 Shine?

I just got my LG Shine TU720 (Rogers) not too long ago, but I am experiencing some difficulties so please tell me if you are not happy with these problems too, and if you know the solution, please let me know.

- When I use the Rogers music player, and sometimes other programs, my phone would just shut itself down for no reason, and the only way that I can turn it back on is by removing the battery and putting it back in.

- When I put my ringtones/music to max volume (7), I find it hard to hear, especially when you are outside on the streets or in a restaurant. (And these ringtones are the ones that came with the phone so the volume of the sound files shouldn't be the problem).

- Java issues...
