Where can you get free ringtones and how can you put them on the LG 535?

iv had the lg 535 for a couple of months now and its a really good phone but i hate spending so much money on ringtones. does anyone know how to put ringtones onto this phone? and i hate the fact that i can't use my mp3s as my ringtone. if anyone knows how plz help me!!
