Do the plans include a hot spot?

Hi Hugh. May I suggest Public Mobile plans, specifically the $24 Canada Talk, Text & Data 4G. It has unlimited calls and texts and 4GB of data at 4G speed.

The cheapest pre-paid plan with hot spot. Don't need much  data.
