MTS is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with in all the various places across the counrty I have lived in. The internet speed is so poor that you are just a step above dial-up. One is not able to even watch a YouTube video without constant buffering. Woe unto you if you have than one device. This will bring everything to a screeching halt. I feel like I am living in a third world country but then Nigeria has been voted the best internet connected country in the world. I'm not sure where that leave MTS but defninitely not at the forefront of cutting edge technology. I can't even get a decent cell phone connection in the town I am living in. In addition, MTS employees are consistently rude, arrogant, and make you feel like an idiot. They are totally unapologetic for the horrible service they provide. I have no idea why there is not large scale revolt from MB citizens demanding better service, better prices, and a much better infrastructure. The first company that will come along and offer better services will get my business. The MTS executives need to come out of their lofty towers, get their heads out of the clouds and come to the realization how hopelessly incompetent they are and how they have allowed this company to fall way behind technology standards that everyone in Canada has a right to expect. Shame on all of you at MTS for peddling a lousy and overpriced product. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have faced soo many issue with MTS device.
Then I call to customer care, customer care create complaint and give me complain number.

Next day related department give me one miss called and send an sms user can not pickup the phone, and closed my complain without resolved.

Please help me or give me any way to return my device either i will to to court.
