How to fix message centre number on the Samsung Galaxy S5?

I messed with my message centre number and now I can't send texts but I can receive texts? someone please help (Samsung galaxy 5s)?

Open Messages > press menu icon > Settings > Text messages > Message centre > enter the message center depending on your carrier.
