How to add shortcuts on the home screen on my Huawei phone?

I have deleted short cuts which comes under all pages, How do I can create short cuts on my phone?

If you are using the default home screen, go to the app drawer, tap and hold the app that you want to have a shortcut. You will then be brought back to the home screen while still holding the shortcut, simply place it wherever you want.
