Hi K. Your phone number can be traced by your service provider or other entities with the necessary access to such information. But it wouldn't be that easy to get that information. Are you using a smartphone? I suggest checking all the apps you have installed, I remember some apps appearing as a calculator but actually functions as a tracker or a private storage. Also, change the password on the Google/Apple account logged in in your phone, they could be using that to track your phone.

If I were you, I would reset my phone to factory settings and change all my accounts' password. Good luck!
