How to locate missing download e-books on the Kobo Arc?
I have a Kobo Arc 32 GB. Downloaded Next Issue, but selection did not appear in my library. Selection then disappeared and I can't locate it anywhere. Store employees where I bought the device cannot help. E-mail requests result in responses that do not address my problem. Is there a phone number for Kobo support where I can actually TALK to someone??? I can't get HELP for downloading problems on Kobo 32G. Store employees can't help. Is there a phone number?

Where can I locate a phone number to speak with a person. I've a problem with a charge and edition, and seem totally unable to contact a live person.

Restoring missing Kobo books on kobo.com
Bookmarking books in the Purchased section of My Library on kobo.com can restore missing Kobo books. After placing a bookmark in your book, just sync your device or app, and the missing book will appear in your library.
1. Go to kobo.com
2. Sign in to your account with one of these options, depending on what you see:
- Click the Profile icon at the top right of the page, then click Sign In.
- Click the Menu icon at the top left of the page, click the Profile icon, then click Sign In.
3. Open your Library with one of these options, depending on what you see:
- Click the Profile icon at the top right of the page, then click My Library.
- Click the Menu icon at the top left of the page, click the Profile icon, then click My Library.
4. Click Purchased.
5. Select the check box beside the books you'd like to restore.
6. Click Bookmark. A confirmation message will appear.
7. Click Yes.
8. Sync your Kobo eReader, Kobo tablet, or Kobo app. The book will appear in your Kobo Library.
Also try signing out and signing in your Kobo account.
