Why won't the Huawei Ascend Y 300 display the caller name?

I cannot see  name of the pearson (have number stored in my phone book) who is calling me on my huawei y300,?

I suggest that you carefully check all your contacts for duplicates. Pretty sure that that contact of yours is saved twice with different names.
