Email and Whatsapp notifications not working every time.

All the configurations fine.(include auto -sync enabled).

once unlock will get notifications as bulk,means locked mode not getting notifications( sleep time wifi enabled)

No battery power saving apps installed.

conclusion is sometime getting notifications(including sleep time) as expected some time not

please give me a solution..
