Currently, only the Lumia 625, 820, 920, 925 and 1020 have been updated to Lumia Black. The Lumia 520, 620 and 720 are next. The update for the 3 smartphones is still listed as 'Waiting for approval', which means that it's undergoing final testing with Nokia, or operators, for final approval. source
