Hi Trill! Before doing a hard reset, please keep in mind that performing a hard reset removes all data including the Google account, system data, app data, app settings, and downloaded apps. Only perform a hard reset if absolutely necessary. Pictures, Videos and Music are also removed. It is recommended to backup these data.

There are two methods to hard reset your HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE:

- 1st method
1. Press and hold down the Power key.
2. Select Restart
3. Press and hold the Volume down key then press and hold the Power key. (When the HBOOT screen appears, release the keys.)
4. Press the Volume key to select Factory reset then press the Power key. (This boot process takes several moments, reference the progress bar located in the upper right. If the device hangs or freezes, remove/replace the battery.)

- 2nd method
1. From a home screen, select Applications
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select Factory data reset.
5. To reset the device, select Reset phone.
6. Select Erase Everything.
