I called my carrier (Consumer Cellular) and they gave me a code to enter and it will automatically increase the number of rings to 5 or 6 before calls go to voicemail.
So my best advice is to call your carrier and ask how to increase the number of rings on your phone before it goes to voicemail.
Provider is Tesco, not sure what network they use. Voicemail menus do not offer appropriate options.
Which carrier are you with? Usually, you can fix it calling your voicemail (touch and hold 1 on the dialer).
