How do I answer calls on the Huawei Ascend Y330?
Trying to help mum set up her new phone (from 2 different locations so I can't see the phone). What should she do to answer my call?

when my phone rings I try really hard to drag/push the flashing middle icon towards the green icon to answer. Or even the other way. Nothing works. No amount of finger pressure, pushing and dragging will allow me to answer the phone. Please help. Thanks. CarolM
When I answer calls with my Huawei 330 it hangs up when my ear touches the screen. How do I stop this from happening?

its a totally crap feature and an oversight by Huawei designers which is why many users jump off bridges and why I use an old Nokia brick simple phone :)
