Why does the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini restart by itself?
My Galaxy S4 mini on my Verizon plan is a replacement for the original one. The first one had a defective mic so people could not hear me. This one powers off and on even when I am on a call if it is no connected to wifi. I want it replaced, but Verizon refuses to replace it. My warranty is up in February. Is there any way to get help from Samsung?

Help, Last night my Galaxy Samsung S4 mini kept restarting itself, it happens every couple of minutes or so but only when it is either connected to Wifi or the mobile data is active. I have switch both off and it has not done it since but as soon as I turn mobile data back on the issues starts again. what is wrong with my mobile please?
