Does a certain plan have to be required for Apple iPhone 6s from Boost Mobile?

I just ordered an Iphone 6s, am I required to have a certain data plan? ($35, $45 or $60/month) *From the boost mobile website: "Basic phones (non-smartphone) can only activate on the $35/$45 monthly plans."
