Can you change the language settings on the Samsung Jack BlackJack 2?
can customer change the phone in settings to other languages like Chinese for example?

Try this -- On the Home screen, press the Start > More > Settings > More... >
More... > Regional Settings > Language. You may need to turn the device off and then back on for the changes to take effect.
