Can I clear my old iPhone without losing it on my other Apple devices?
I have upgraded to I phone 6 and kept the same number, I also have an I pad both use I cloud and I share all my photos etc between the two. Can I clear everything from my old phone without losing it from my new phone and I pad

Sign out of your Apple ID on the iPad you want to clear, go to:
Settings->Itunes and App Stores
Settings->iCloud
Settings->Facetime
and any other service you are using on it.
Once that is done, go into Settings->General->Reset->Erase all Content and Settings.
