Can you use a SIM card with the Blackberry 9700?
I have a 9700 in Canada with Telus; can I purchase a SIM card and plug it into my 9700?

Bring your phone to a T-Mobile store and have them check if you're phone can really work on their network. In case it does (which I think it will), you need to have your phone unlocked first before you can use your Telus phone on the T-Mobile network.
