Pocket-lint

The champion smart sports watch is better than ever

from Pocket-lint

If you're looking for an all-action sports watch that tracks everything you could possibly need, does so reliably and consistently, and lasts an age, then there's nothing better than the Fenix 5 Plus. Shame it's so very expensive.

A big ol' watch with big ol' features

from TechRadar

It's a large watch, but one that offers a huge amount of tracking of both fitness and sport - it's a chunky beast on the wrist, and expensive too, but if you're a fan of Fenix then you'll want to check this out.

Garmin refreshes its Fenix 5 with some welcome new features. Full TOPO maps give this more appeal to explorers of the great outdoors, while new smart features will enhance workouts by letting you leave your phone at home. And of course it's still overflowing with sports modes, offering the most comprehensive tracking for runners, cyclers, hikers and golfers. It's not without faults, but the Fenix 5 Plus is still the sports watch to beat.

I’m never taking this one off

from VR-Zone

For its price, it is well justified if you’re looking for a do-it-all watch, and if you perform a wide, wide variety of sports. With excellent map system and navigation system on board, and a plethora of sensors and trackers, the Garmin is luxury in the fitness world.
