Compact design, clarity of music pleases

from Gizmodo
Your answer boils down to three things you must consider before buying a speaker. First, does the product fit my music requirement? Second, will it last me for a long time? And the most important point, does it fit my budget and offer value for the money spent? Logitech X300 is good for light music, taking calls on the drive and looks funky. For Rs 5,499 X300 is a decent option and unless you prefer the likes of JBL or Nude Audio, this one is worth the punt... Full review
Geek Culture

Delivers high-quality sound at a reasonable price point

from Geek Culture

Retailing at $99 here in Singapore, the Logitech X300 is slightly pricier than your typical wireless speaker. In terms of performance, there are undoubtedly other speakers out there on the market that deliver better quality sound than the X300, or edge it out in various ways.

Still, if my personal experience with their devices so far is of any indication, the Logitech brand has become synonymous with great value for money, and the X300 continues that trend by delivering great performance at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for a reliable wireless audio solution under $... Full review

Electronista

Offers good sound, low price

from Electronista

Logitech created a good-sounding speaker when it came to the X300. It offers a well-rounded sound that is generally free of distortion or other interruptive sound elements. With a $70 price tag, it's really a good value for the quality of sound that is achieved, outside of the DSP issues. However, the battery is a major issue for the speaker. Given that it only last up to five hours, and takes nearly as long to charge it to full, it hardly seems like it's worth picking up for anything other than light use. Apart from the battery issue, consumers will find it hard to track down another speak... Full review

A decent sounding speaker

from G Style Magazine
With a price tag of $70(on sale for $59.99), the X300 is a decent sounding speaker with sufficient bass behind it. With options to lay it down or sit it up you can be space saving and also based on its size can easily be thrown in a carry bag. Of course if you are looking for clearer, superior sound there are other speakers out there that will cost you a bit more. But for something to start out with and play some casual tunes on the X300 is here for you... Full review
Cnet

A quality mini Bluetooth speaker at an affordable price

from Cnet
I'd take the better-styled X300 over most of the generic $50 Jambox knock-offs out there, as well as a lot of the more established mini speakers, including the UE Mini Boom (Logitech owns UE), which tend to retail for closer to $100.In short, in a sea of tiny Bluetooth speakers, the X300 is a good catch -- a keeper, if you will. .. The Gadgeteer

Fills a small room with music and the sound quality is excellent

from The Gadgeteer

The Logitech x300 Mobile Wireless Stereo Speaker is an excellent sounding portable speaker with some drawbacks. The audio quality is wonderful when compared to other ultra-portable speakers within that price point including Logitech’s UE Mini Boom. The x300 has more bass and sounds more robust. The higher frequencies on music (not bass heavy) are clear, even with the volume turned up to its maximum level with very little distortion. It was also nice to have the volume on my iPod in sync with the speaker and the speakerphone feature also proved to be decent.

Even though I lo... Full review

iLounge

Balanced sound profile

from iLounge
For a $20 premium, X300 is certainly a better speaker than X100, thanks to the addition of decent bass performance that smooths out the sound profile. It’s not a breathtaking speaker, but for $70, we wouldn’t expect it to be. Rather, it’s a respectable, inexpensive option that’s worthy of our general recommendation. It loses some points compared to X100 because it isn’t ultraportable, a niche the first speaker fills well... Full review
Gadgetmac

Delivers great audio for less money

from Gadgetmac

As it turns out, paying more does not necessarily mean a better sounding device. The X300 without a doubt outperforms the more expensive $100 UE Mini Boom, as well as the noteworthy JBL Flip – but not by a landslide. Still, it does deliver a richer and more dynamically complete audio experience without really taking up considerable amount of extra space in return. However, if we must take battery life into consideration then we would have to pick the UE Mini Boom as the winner in that regard thanks to its 10-hour battery life and useful features like the ability to pair two speakers a... A party in your pocket

from Gadget Review
Realistically, it’s hard to find a good solution to playing music for a group of people on the go. Have you ever tried to crank your phone all the way up and toss it into a glass? It’s… just not the same. So, if you go to a lot of parties, or just occasionally want to share a song with more than one person at a time, it looks like the X300 is going to be your best bet...
