For all intents and purposes, this video is meant to demonstrate Flash content on the Android platform via the Nexus One. We're taken on a tour of various websites running the latest version of Flash player for mobile devices and it seems to work effortlessly on Google’s very first mobile phone, but one thing we also noticed here is that the Nexus One used in this video isn’t running the default Android 2.1 OS.

Android 2.2 Froyo

When you reach the 6:31 mark of this video, you’ll get a quick look at its homescreen which features a new Google search bar and a launcher icon beside the Android logo both of which cannot be found in the latest build of Android that’s available to the public. Can this be the first public debut of Android 2.2 (aka Froyo) we’re looking at here? Could be, unless, of course, this is just a custom UI overlay which we strongly believe it isn’t.

Anyway, with Google I/O set to begin on May 19, we’ll probably get more info on Android 2.2 before the month's done and over with.
