Here’s another Samsung-related story concerning Canada, but this time around, Telus is carrier involved in this news bit.

samsung advance

There’s a new Samsung handset coming to Telus in the form of the SGH-A885 or simply known as the Advance. It packs a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen, 2-megapixel autofocus camera, Bluetooth, A-GPS, and can support up to 16GB memory via microSD card. There’s no Wifi on this touchscreen phone, but this means its price won’t be that high either. This is further supported with how Samsung Canada is marketing it through their website calling it the “touchscreen phone that fits our budget and your lifestyle!

We don’t know when the Samsung Advance will exactly be released in Telus in Canada, but the unmistakable carrier branding on the Samsung Advance definitely confirms it will debut on one of the two newest HSPA carriers in the country.
