While the fact it’s a no annual fee card is a big reason behind its popularity, what really sets the Tangerine Money-Back Card apart is its customizability. With this card, you can choose your own bonus categories (which will earn you a strong cash back rate of 2% per dollar spent). This is rare in the credit card market.

Great earning potential

Since this is a no-fee card, there aren’t a ton of benefits included. For example, if you are a frequent traveller and require additional insurance coverage on your card, or you prefer a credit card with high-end perks such as concierge and lounge access, this card can’t help you. But you do get a few perks which may interest you.

Sweet money-back credit card

from Young and Thrifty

This credit card stacks up really well against Canada’s other no-fee cards and it is routinely ranked highly by the experts.  I like the idea that it can be customized to suit your needs, and there is no need to worry about how rewards such as air miles are used.
