Darn, there are no reviews yet for this phone.

You're going to hate this phone.

I spent around 100 bucks on this phone about 2 years ago. Sounded and looked good on a web page, but in real life? Not at all. I thought the "touch key" feature sounded hi-tech. Just try making a phone call. Your cheek will mute the call every time - no matter how much you adjust the sensitivity of the touch keys. And then you'll try the speakerphone to keep your face far away. Nope! Doesn't work. Even at the highest setting, the volume will still be too low to clearly hear the person on the other end. Finally, you'll solve the issue by getting a bluetooth earpiece. Think about that. You pay for the phone, but can't make a decent phone call without purchasing a bluetooth headset also. But wait! There's more! The volume for the music player is louder than the speakerphone volume. Unfortunately, your music will sound like it's being played on a record player. Oh! Go ahead and take a video, but don't plan on sending it to anyone. You'll promptly get a message of "Exceeded message size" if you record more than 10 seconds. ( Or maybe it's 15 seconds.) Don't plan on being able to receive video, either. There are other nightmarish features on this phone, but I think you get the point. Don't buy it. Less

Good phone

I like this phone, but I think that it isn't the best. It (from what I've heard) is the best Virgin Mobile Phone, and I can believe it. I have had it for months, and it's a good phone.

Also if you sign up to get email through the phone but dont want to read it the phone will log you in any ways. This is the worst phone ever!!!!!!! Less

In particular, the battery. On my phone less than six months after purchasing it i discovered that the thing will just "shut off" without ANY warning whatsoever! No lie. battery condition will show as half charged/half drained, depending on your point of view... then, within the space of an hour, the phone will have shut itself off! Pitiful, if you ask me. Virgin shuttle - no good

So far I don't like it. Im thinking seriously about changng phones. Too complicated to download music, not enough pic/video space even with microsd card. phone will cut off in the middle of doing something and turn itself off then back on. Too much money for a "3G" phone with unlimited complications.

Hey, I certainly love this phone, it has pretty much all the things i love about media capabilities..... it has bluetooth, and with that being said, I recomment the BlueAnt Z9i v1.1 earpeice.....its simply a good pair when used together!....... It has the ability to play music, video, take pics and view them with high clarity.....the camera is 1.3 megapixels. the microSD memory that it takes isnt very expensive either, i have one from PNY that costs 20$, that comes with the needed adapter so it can fit in the memory slots on most common modern computers it has buttons that arent ones that click when pressed but they are sensor driven (like the ipod's buttons) the sensors have adjustable sensitivity settings which is very nice, since when set on high, they can get annoying sometimes but not often. the only con that i can tell you about, is the fact that if you plan on using and storing pictures from your computer for backrounds, the loading times on the phone (rezing time) are severely slow so i reccomend dropping your pictures file sizes so it doesnt take so long....... this was prevailent when the phone read pictures from both the microSD card and the built in phone memory....... a good (free) program to change filesizes or compress, change formats is Irfanview.....this program is amazing when its used to resize pics.....because if you adjust the settings right within this program, you can resize them and still maintain high quality!.....this is my workaround and the pictures are simply beautiful on the phone Less
