I've had this phone for a year and about 10 months. It has never broken down, never froze and the buttons have always worked. PROS: - battery time is good, lasts a while - screen is big (proportionate to the size of the phone) and bright - ringer is loud and you can download MP3s for the ringtune - alarm will work even if the phone is off - loud and clear CONS: - small keys: I have small hands, so I have no problem with the keys. BUT if you have average to large hands, this is definately not the phone for you - no camera: I bought this phone because it was advertised as a camera phone. It's not - the back: it has an odd shape on the back of the phone, I suppose it's for style. It's annoying and would be much more useful if it was just flat Overall, this phone is cute and will last for a while. I paid $200 for it (Pay as you go - no plan) but it's definately not worth that much. If you're using it to talk and maybe download some ringtunes, get it with a plan and it'll be worth it. Otherwise, there are a lot better phones worth $200 Less

HI Heather Do you still have the phone??? I have found this to be the best phone out there. BTW I have large hands and have no difficulty navigating on it. The ODD shape on the back is the external antenna Heather, and I personally fing it very stylish and manyh have made the same comment. If you don't want it any more ///...I do... LEt me know.. BTW did you know it is the only phone that lets you record phone and out? None of the fancy and stupidly-expensive phones offer this feature. Cheers JP
