I bought the newer Sanyo 7050, and put the 7500 in the drawer. I finally got a Bell Store to transfer it for me. Now the 7050 is in the drawer. Yes this was a little pricey, but the phone is just what I want. The only 10-4 phone with a camera in it. (A camera that actually takes a descent photo as far as cell phones go.) The Extended Life Battery I bought with it is over three years old, but still works. I have to recharge it a couple of times a day though. If you could still buy these phones, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well featured cell phone. Less

This phone does everything, anything you want to know, or find, or do this phone can help you with. I do have two issues with this phone however that keep it from being the perfect phone #1. no bluetooth, obvious, #2 is no memory card capability, I have about thirty games on the phone and at one time had almost as many 30 second videos, which is the longest you can take with the phone, as well as about 25 songs and never maxed out the internal memory, however just knowing that there is a set cap that I will reach that isn't in the gigs is a drawback. I will admit that Sprint customer service leaves ALOT to be desired, however, I have had all my problems fixed, eventually, while receiving discounts and free things to compensate for my time. Phone doesn't matter if carrier's service is atrocious

It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles come on a particular phone - it's only as good as the carrier. With Sprint, you will be headed for disappointment and frustration. Customer service, when you can actually get through to them, is incompetent. Prepare to have hours of your time stolen from you when you deal with a billing problem with Sprint. After switching credit cards, I've spent days trying to give them the new number to bill to, with no luck. I've had charges for services I never ordered nor authorized appear on my bill, and then spent literally hours of time e-mailing, trying to access their website and calling, with no resolution. Find a phone and a plan you can like with another carrier. Less

Good phone but not worth $300

We bought this phone and it was really expensive. We figured that with all of the enhanced features it would certainly have call forward...nope! If I'm wrong, e-mail me at jenwarren001@yahoo.ca and tell me how to do it. Simple features missing, all kinds of features we'll never use. Even the $2... More

If I'm wrong, e-mail me at jenwarren001@yahoo.ca and tell me how to do it. Simple features missing, all kinds of features we'll never use. Even the $25 belt clip is a pain in the a$$. We bought it for the durability, as my husband is in construction. Wish we never did. Less

Worst purchase I've ever made

Had the phone for 2 months, half the time it doesn't connect to the services. Had it to Bell 4 times still it doesn't work, It's a total piece of SH*t. probably end up throwing it in the garbage and buying anything but another sanyo product.
