Pro: resistive touch screen is very responsive, internet is lightning fast (some websites loaded faster than my iPod touch), gorgeous AMOLED display, easy to type on QWERTY keyboard, TouchWiz UI, nearly everything although it is big it feels solid and good quality, nice call quality Con: Gets smudges on it easier than most touch screen devices, no virtual keyboard even though it has an accerlometer, no web browser widget except the My Verizon page Using experience: 2 months The Samsung Rogue is by far the best phone I ever have owned. It was a huge upgrade from my Alias. Besides a few flaws I am in love with this phone. I would certainly recommend this to my friends and family. Nice going Samsung! Less

Using experience: 2 weeks i love the phone and the way it feels in my hands. i don't care about the size cause a phone is a phone no matter what. the keyboard is fabulous and the screen is fantastic. since the phone can be upgraded, Samsung should add a virtual keyboard and a better battery that is the same size but a much higher capacity. the phone does lack a little bit but its not problem for me. the web browser is fantastic and i love the way you can zoom in and out of the screen. the camera is gorgeous takes amazing pictures and the best part about it is that you can draw on it. over all the phone is really amazing and i definitely recommend it. Pro: Great AMOLED touchscreen, touchwiz interface, 3 megapixel camera works great, solid sliding mecganism, moveable banners and clocks, accelerometer, awesome web browser. Con: layout of QWERTY keyboard is frustrating at first, backplate is hard to get off. Using experience: 11 days I have had the samsung rogue since Christmas, so about 11 days and it is fantastic. The keyboard was kind of hard to type on at first because of the curser keys and the number row being at the top putting the space bar in the middle of the bottom letter row but I got used to it. I had the voyager before this and another voyager before the voyager i had before this. I hate the voyager. The tilting screen mechanism broke and eventually the right hinge broke off. So I went to get a new voyager after my first one broke and after 4 or 5 months with it the same thing happened. So for Christmas i asked for this one because of the whole sliding mechanism because I don't have good luck with the clamshell design. Anyway right after I got this phone I immediately fell in love with it, well in love to the extent to where a guy can love his phone without being called weird. It was the best messaging phone that I had ever used...which the only ones that I have used are my previous voyagers, my friend's rant, my other friend's vu, and my girlfriend's juke. Well anyway this phone is great. The touchscreen is super-responsive, I never have to calibrate it *shakes fist wildly in the air* but the voyager's touchscreen had to be calibrated constantly. The camera is great, I can take pictures in the dark with the flash *shakes fist wildly again* but the voyager's camera couldn't take nighttime pictures. It's very small to where I could actually put it in my pocket without mistaking it for a ten pound weight *shakes fist again* the voyager was humungous!!!!! So my overall perspective is if you are looking for a messaging phone on verizon you should really take a look at this one. But if you get a voyager you'll wanna kill yourself! Less

I could stare at the phone all day lol.I love that you can type on screen and on keyboard (that was why I really wanted it) so you can imagine how excited I was when I found out all of the etras...the sketch pad thing he mentioned about is so funny but true...i spent about 5 mins trying to figure out how to erase or make neat lines but who cares..its a freebee anyway. lots of freebies in this phone. I would suggest it to anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone. Its a flashy phone but anyone could use it. They tried to give me the Iphone at my other company but I didn't want that. Everyone has it. Its used up. lol Less

I just recently got this phone when I renewed my contract with Verizon. Pros: + Size of screen is very large. + The screen quality (as in the graphics and such) are crystal clear and amazing. + Many cool extras. (Ex: sketchpad [Although they forgot to add a "clear screen" option so you wouldn't have to exit the application itself each time for new screen.], editing pictures, editing videos, USB storage, birthday reminders, etc.) + Nice QWERTY keyboard. + Sound quality is great. + Beautiful menu/phone layout. + Great picture quality. Camera pictures pretty quickly which is definitely a plus. Again cool extra features on camera and pictures. + Touch reaction time is slow but decent. (I've seen some pretty bad ones out there.) It's pretty easy to adapt to it. + Web browser is very nice. Cons: - I don't like the "shortcut" method the phone uses. (Making shortcuts for different applications/features like My Pictures. You can't assign My Pictures a certain key/button so that it sends you directly to the My Pictures feature. You have to go around to get to the actual feature.) - Motion Detection feature is not good. (I keep it turned off.) - Pictures take too long to load. (Using a MicroSD card) - Didn't come with a full User's Manual only a Tips, Hints, and Shortcuts booklet that doesn't tell you how to work some of the features on the phone. Overall: Great phone although a tad slow for me. I'm used to fast phones because this is my first touch phone. The screen/sound/picture quality is great which is a huge plus. Although there are some cons (as listed above), it's fairly easy to adapt to it. Less
