GREATEST PHONE EVER

This is the BEST phone I have ever had and I swear by it. After 5 years of intense use, it is still the same phone I unpacked when I first got it. Excellent quality. Extremely durable. It was so fun to text on and had so many options for customization. If I could give this 100 out of 10 I would!!!!

I used to call it my brick that calls people cause it was just that amazing. The thing is basically indestructible and if you drop your phone a lot. I recently got the Samsung Instinct and have thought countless times about switching back but I can't. The Samsung Instinct I think is a great phone, I love it, and its my new indestructible brick that calls people. Love the phone. P.S. Its never frozen on me before, ever, in my entire life. I love it. Less

Best Phone Ever!!!!!! 10/10

This phone is awsome. I had one about a year and a half ago and since then i've had an LG rumor and an HTC 5800 but those didn't even touch my A920. If your looking to buy this phone but are worried it is obsolete.....THINK AGAIN!

Crazy good phone!

I've had this phone for 2 years now. I am a cell phones worst nightmare, I've put this phone through a full wash cycle, dropped it in the toilet and dropped it countless times, and it still works just as the first day I got it! Just took a little drying out and good as new! If you're as clumsy as I am, definitely consider this phone.

I've had this phone for nearly 7 months, as I bought it in March after breaking my previous phone. When I chose this phone it was the best one at the time, and despite the fact that it was slightly larger than my old phone, I loved it. There is an issue with the camera and the shutter speed, but it's a cell phone camera. It's by no means a nikon, and no one should be expecting that kind of service from a cell phone camera. If you're going to use it to take pictures constantly, don't be cheap, buy a real camera. As for the texting, I've found it to be exceptional. Gernarally I don't use T9 word becuase I prefer the Alphabet method, however the T9 does work. These people who say that it doesn't recognize words like "me" are rediculous. The "0" button also says next on it, and if T9 picks the wrong word ( "of" instead of "me", "he" instead of "if", etc.) you just have to click the "next" button until you scroll to the word you're looking for. The battery doesn't have exceptional life, but I've been using the same battery since I got the phone and considering the amount that I use the phone, I'm impressed it has lasted so long. I don't usually use the MP3 player because I have an iPod, but it's simple enough to use and has never cost me any extra fees. All you have to do is go into the media player to access the music you've loaded onto the memory card. It has never cost me browsing fees, because it doesn't go onto the internet for this. I was very happy with this phone. And despite the fact that it is finally starting to die, it has endured being dropped several times, and being used constantly ( I send over 3000 texts per month and am constantly calling on it). I would reccomend it to anyone. Less

The best phone i've ever had

from Amazon
I've paid a lot of money for phone in my life. I have probably gone through ten in my life. But NO PHONE is as good as this one. It is the BEST phone in the WORLD. Every time someone comes over to me and is like "check out my new phone" I make sure to remind them that my phone came out like two years ago and it is MUCH better then yours.

Love the Phone

Love the phone, i get good reception. I dont like to delay when taking pictures. M3p is awsome and very loud for the speaker phone.

You figurethat out the hard way... but other then that, I've really enjoyed. I do find it hard to hold for a long period of time, while talking on it, but perhaps it's desinged more for a man or someone with a larger palm to hold it. Less

Does not play MP3

This phone doesn't recognize MP3 files on it's memory chip through the Media Player. There is no mention of MP3 capability in the manual. If someone has found a way to do it, please explain how. It's a good phone, but that is it.
