Looks like it needs recharging. Charge your phone for like 10 minutes before trying to turn it on. Let me know how it goes.

Pictures can be moved from device memory on the phone to its external memory card by using file manager. Open the file manager app, on the bottom left corner select device. Then open the folder where the photos are located, choose the photos you want to move. Press and hold on a photo, a new menu should pop up. Press the check mark icon and select all the photo. Then click the first icon with an arrow on it. This is the move option. Then on the bottom left press the back button, browse to the sd card, once you find the folder you want to move the photos to hit the move icon and it should work. The same works for videos and audios but not for apps. Let us know if it works for you :)

I really don't see how to select MULTIPLE images in cases where there are hundreds of images and/or videos to allow for a move. Can you elaborate please?

My phone broke&i just got it back and it said sim not provided then i took it to the shop&they gave me a new sim but 3hours later it is sayin sim not provided 2.what should i do ??even though they did say it will be active in 24hr

That message means that the SIM card you have inserted to your BlackBerry has not yet been set up to your account or not yet activated. Contact your carrier and have your number activated. If you get the same error message after activating your number, then there must be something wrong with your SIM card. Visit your carrier and have them personally check the problem.

Try re-booting your phone. Remove the battery and sim card for about 3 - 5 minutes and re install.
