best thing about this phone is that the earpiece volume and ringer volume are louder than most cell phones so it's easy to hear a call coming in and easy to hear the caller even in a busy subway station. call quality is very good and the phone has a recorder that can be set at the touch of a button to record both sides of a phone call so when aunt nelly calls with that recipe and you don't have a pen and paper handy no problem. have read people complain about battery life but this phone has a larger screen than most clamshells which makes print and numbers larger so you can see even without your glasses and since the phone is thin so therefore can't fit a large battery you will have to plug it in every second day if you use it alot. considering the other features I don't mind that. and because of the quality of materials this phone feels good in the hand. Life is full of trade-offs. if you want a compact thin phone then you must settle for a smaller battery and therefore it must be charged more often. This is a very well designed phone software and hardware wise. The voice clarity could be better but it has excellent in-call volume, and the ringer volume is also nice and loud. Also the text size can be made large enough for older eyes and this makes for a very comfortable user experience. overall this is a great phone. Less

It seems...ok...

I just picked this phone up today (which may not seem like that long of time to have it), but this is a short review. I'll probably post a better one later. I just picked this phone up today (which may not seem like that long of time to have it), but this is a short review. I'll probably post a better one later. Pro: -Solid flip, not flimsy or too easy to flip open -Camera seems to be pretty good -Not too expensive Con: -Caller ID - When I get a call on this phone, it doesn't display any call information. I tried by recieving multiple calls, and there was no number or name from any. I don't know why this isn't working. -T9 messaging isn't too expandable when it comes to character smileys and such. -Settings - Nokia, though they are awesome phones, have never really been user friendly. Trying to change settings on this phones require far more clicks and a lot more seraching then it should. I don't have a review on the battery life yet, but I am a hardcore texter, so you'll be sure to get a heavy usage time when I re-review this phone. Less
