I have owned the Nokia 2275 for 5 years and have not had one complaint with it.The only reason I have moved on to another phone is that after constant use and charging over 5 years the battery doesn't hold its charge as long. Old Nokia perform better than 2007 LG cell phone

I bought this Nokia 2275 cell phone from a pawn shop. Been using it for 7 months now, Here is my review: Reception is 10/10, Drop it a few times on the class room floor, and cell phone still works O.K., Battery life is amazing for it's age. Now that I found Nokia I will never go back to LG or Motorola.

Excellent Basic Phone

I don't have much need for a cell phone except for the odd call here and there. I use it mostly while we're on vacation. It's simple, dependable and I've never had a dropped call in the 2 years I've had this. How many dependable phones can you get out there for $50 on a plan that costs only $10/month...More

It's simple, dependable and I've never had a dropped call in the 2 years I've had this. How many dependable phones can you get out there for $50 on a plan that costs only $10/month (best off all, no minute cards to purchase... unlike Rogers). If you don't need a camera, internet, fancy ring tones or a color screen, but want something inexpensive that really works, I recomend this phone. Less

What is everybody complaining about

I was 12 or so when my dad won this phone at a golf tournament, and I shared with with my sister till she got her own phone and considering what I used it for it is an awesome phone. it might not have web browsing or downloadable ring tones, but that would be why its so cheap. Its a good starter phone that has some games, a few fun features, and texting. Plus I have had it for 2 years and it has never frozen once. It has never dropped a call, and I am on Mts. Less

Nothing Special, Boring, Cheap, Not Worth it.

This was my first cell phone ever, I was attracted to it, because it was very afordable and sounded pretty good for its price.... However, this phone is very heavy for a cell phone, with a pull out intenna, which you need if you want any reception at all. NO COLOR SCREEN. How ancient is this, almost all phones now-a-days, even the cheapest have color screens. The Rubber on the buttons fades away fast aswell, making the phone even more unattractive. There are covers for the phone available, but not worth it, nothing could Mask this disaster. I love Nokia phones, my current cell phone is nokia, but with this phone, they really cut corners. Please, spend a little bit more money, i suggest my phone: Nokia 3205i Less

Don't buy this phone.

There are significant performance problems with this Bell phone.

Awesome phone!

This phone was there when i needed it. I would say the reception is awesome. I'm only 13 and i have a really tight budget, like 60 dollars every 3 weeks. so I decided to buy it.The phone has a cool look.I don't really need the extra features like web browser. It has alot of ringtones so you at least got to like one.

i bought this phone on may as you go b/c it was cheap and im a university student. now there is a reason its cheap... i''ve had problems with is since the start. less than 4 weeks after getting this phone, my screen had horizontal lines always across it and i coulld not see any of the displays, so i took it back to the dealer and had it replaced. the next phone i had (same model) had the same problem after a few months but it wasnt as bad and didnt happen as often. also the "end" button does not end calls for 5-6 seconds (which can mean the difference between paying for 1 or 2 minutes). also this phone randomly "drops" my calls despite being in good reception (3 out of 7 bars). although ive only had this phone for 6 months im not happy with it. dont buy this phone, its better to spend a bit more and get a better quality phone.
