In Apple’s recently concluded event, Steve Jobs announced that they'll soon be rolling iOS 4.1 to the public, next week to be exact. In fact, iOS 4.1 GM release is already out now to developers.

This upcoming iOS firmware update includes the necessary fix to resolve the proximity sensor and Bluetooth issues as well as the sluggish performance of iOS 4 on the iPhone 3G. It also comes with a new feature, HDR photos, and the much anticipated Game Center as well as HD video uploading via WiFi to YouTube and TV show rentals.

As much as we'd like to elaborate on these new features, this is all the info we have right now. Do check back soon though as we’re pretty sure more details will be revealed as we draw closer to its inevitable release.
