I've had this phone for 6yrs. to the day, it 's been very durable& user friendly lately though I started having problems when it vcame to the charging it & sometimes it shuts off by itself when it accidently falls .But if I wiggle it right it'll charge ,it's gotten better. I thought about getting another phone but since I don't use it that much I haven't bothered . I still have the first phone I got when I had service with another provider, I dropped the crappy provider & kept the phone to this day it still works. I'm a loyal fan of Motorola products. Now that I know why I've been having problems I'll do something about it. Less

My wife and 12 year old son each got this phone recently. It''s so easy to use that they were up and running in no time. She uses it for her business trips and he uses it to call when the bus brings him back from soccer (he likes the silly games too). Neither one of them need a lot of minutes so Tracfone works well for them. The phone has clear reception out here in the boonies and works as advertised. They activated online and got a total of 20 free minutes. She got a referral from a friend and he got a referral from her so they each have an extra free 100 minutes. These minutes are actually useable until Jan. 2006 which is great. If you decide to get a tracfone, please let me refer you before you activate it. If you already bought a phone and/or a prepaid card from either a retailer or through internet BUT did not activate it yet, you can still get free minutes. Send me your email address so that both you and I can get free 100 minutes through this referral program (I do not send spam). When you email me, I will send a referred email very quickly so that you can get this benefit ASAP. Just email me at paisnd@yahoo.com Less

alright phone

ive had this phone for a year and my antenna broke off, as i see it did to others. another thing is reception is pretty bad and the battery takes a while to charge. i wish it had a keypad lock like my other phone did. besides that, its pretty basic to use.
My phone has always performed well. My antennae has broke once and 4 belt clips have broke. Otherwise, sturdy phone.

Good Basic Phone.

I have had this phone for 3 months. I love it. Great reception & Sound. Not complaints for this solid phone.

ANTENNA BREAKING

I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE PHONE FOR ONE YEAR AND THE ANTENNA HAS BROKE OFF.

''make-over needed''

Its ok but it needs a make-over. It needs more features and a better screen. But its pretty durable. It gets okay receiption.

Antenna breaks off

I've had this phone for three years and antenna broke off at least five times. There is a class action settlement for this problem at http://www.motorolaclaimsadministrator.com

waste of money.

this phone gets the crappiest reception and is ALWAYS crackly and staticky. i hate it and can't wait to throw it out
