Critic consensus
“The Motorola Moto G31 is a budget mid-range smartphone that is quite interesting in itself. It features a high-quality Full HD AMOLED display, which is by no means common in this price range. The camera takes decent pictures, battery life is long, the speaker sounds good, and the location tracking is quite accurate. Although you have to do without 5G, that might be bearable if you hardly use this fast mobile Internet standard anyway.”
“The replacement for the G10 and G30 brings more sensible solutions, including a better screen resolution AMOLED panel, that along with the clean software experience makes this a great affordable phone. The cameras are still so-so at best, though, but while rivals such as Realme and Redmi might read better on paper, you can't shake Motorola for the user experience on offer.”
“Spend a little more and you'll get a much better phone, but for those with a limited budget, the Moto G31 is a solid enough choice for basic usage.”
“The Moto G31 isn't the fastest or most modern of cheap phones, and the lack of 5G holds it back, but it feels comfy to hold and offers a long battery life for not much money at all.”
