Pro: Quality display and graphics, overall good features Con: Fragile, expensive, poor signal I have had this phone for 2 yrs. At first it was cool but after about a year the camera started to not work well and the buttons had a delayed effect. The phone is very stylist and has a pretty good battery life.

I've had this phone for under a year and it's alreay dead. It was an excellent phone while it lasted. I never had any problems with it, however last week it just died on me. I thought it was the battery so I went to a Sprint/Nextel repair shop and it wasn't the battery. I guess this phone has been discontinued for a year now. If you go to the Nextel website it's not there for purchase. Mine is not the only phone to just die for absolutely no reason. Apparently there's a glitch in it, which is probably the reason they're not making it anymore. So now I have to go spend $300 - 400 on a new Nextel internet capable phone because Amazon alreay suckered me into buy this piece of junk with a new service plan. Take my advice: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Less

Pro: Digital Camera Con: Speaker phone cuts out sometimes. I recently bought this phone from Telus in Canada. I had never seen the phone before. It wasn't on the Telus website or even on display at the store. An employee actually owned the phone as well and he showed me it and said they had one left in stock so i fiddled with his and I was sold. Overall I love the phone. The camera on it is sweet and the "flash" feature that the Cnet pro's said actually isn't a flash. Its a spotlight. As well as the stiff hinge the Cnet pro's were talking about. The reason it was stiff when you opened it was because there is a button on the side of the hinge that you press to make the phone flip open. Come on, I would expect a Pro to notice that. It even showed the Pro in the video review open it without the button. DUH!! Less

I can deal with the battery life being bad, but the problem I am having is bad. Seems that most of the time, if I answer a call, or open my phone to make a call, the phone powers down. Today for the first time, it actually did that in the middle of a call. I had called Motorola, and they said that this is a defect in many of the phones. I can get it fixed on my dime, and be without my phone for approx [...] I replaced my i760 which was also plagued by problems, but that is another story. I use many expensive pieces of equipment in my line of work, and have never had any problem (user error, misuse) What irks me the most is that Motorola knows about this and a 4 weeks turnaround time is unacceptable Less
