The Motorola c256 currently has an Informr score of 5.9 out of 10. This score is based on our evaluation of 17 sources including reviews from users and the web's most trusted critics.

A compact candy-bar handset with a color display, but no Web browsing capability, internal memory or slots for downloaded ringtones. Aimed at the youth market, this model is best suited to those on a limited budget who want a color screen, but aren't concerned with other advanced features. The c256 allows simple two-way messaging and SMS, but not the more advanced MMS messaging with picture, voice and animations.

This phone sucks ive had it for 2 years and its finished battery is done . I would never buy another phone like this one

Battery Really Sucks!

Have no problem with the reception but the battery really sucks. It goes dead after 1 or 2 calls. Cannot leave it on. Other than that wonderful.

Good phone

I've had mine for almost a year and it has been very good. I use it only for voice calls, not for any "extras". It's very compact (easily fits shirt pocket) and has excellent range. I've had no problems with the battery or anything else. My only complaint is Rogers pay-as-you-go... very poor customer service except for automated basics.

meh i have it its ok

Worse phone that I have owned.

The quality of the audio and transmit were very poor. Had lots of drop outs. Customer service not particularly helpful to resolve issues. Not willing to say this is a piece of junk.

Great little phone

Basic features but very good price / performance. Fully satisfied as a phone. Clear reception. Friendly menu. The only short coming is the screen is very dark when backlight is off.

very bad buy,, will never buy no more a motorola.. was suppose to be good on wayting time..104 hrs.. and I do 36 to 48hrs.. never did more.. always dead on the next 8 hrs.. return to motorola 2 times an always the same,, now waranty is over so,, I have a problem now.. ,,

Good.... if you only want a cell phone to call people.

Good cell phone, but not very many features. No web, no ringtones. Basically no personality to make it your own.

Great reception

This is a great phone
